Our client, a large German Technology Services organisation, is currently looking for multiple Customer Engineers to join them permanently in Germany. These roles would be remote with occasional travel (once a month) to their head office in Baden Württemberg, Germany. Candidates must be fluent (C2 level) in German and English. About the Role As a Customer Engineer, you are the technical spearhead of our team. You combine your solid technical expertise with the ability to develop innovative solutions that meet the specific needs of our customers. Together with our sales teams, you are responsible for presenting and implementing the best cloud and digital workplace solutions. What Awaits You
- Technical Consulting: You are the primary contact for technical inquiries and support customers in implementing cloud and digital workplace solutions.
- Workshops and Demos: You organise and lead technical workshops and perform live demos to showcase the benefits of our products.
- Solution Development: You work closely with customers to understand their individual technical requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Team Collaboration: You support the sales team in technical pitches and contribute to the creation of technical concepts and proposals.
- Customer Satisfaction: You ensure customer satisfaction and success through technical expertise and innovative approaches.
- Experience: Cloud and digital workplace technologies, IT infrastructure, or hybrid IT environments. Knowledge of public cloud solutions like Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure, or AWS is advantageous. Experience with IT architectures, cloud migrations, and modern collaboration solutions.
