First Point Groups | After-sales Engineer (Chinese Speaker)

Looking for a Post-sales Engineer based in Frankfurt Germany, on behalf of a global leading player in Intelligent Robotics. Please be noted that this role requires fluent Chinese speaking and writing and should have long-term work permits in Germany. What you're expected to do: 1.Responsible for the on-site installation, debugging, and testing of AGV systems to ensure the equipment operates normally. 2.Quickly respond to customer's fault reports, diagnose and repair to ensure the equipment is restored to normal in a timely manner, and be responsible for post-sales technical support for European projects (including online remote support). 3.Provide technical support, answer customer inquiries, and be able to write English training documents, including service reports, operation manuals, etc., and conduct operation and maintenance training for customers. 4.Perform regular equipment maintenance and inspections to prevent potential issues. 5.Manage spare parts for the branch company and cooperate with the headquarters to manage local spare parts. 6.Collect customer feedback, propose improvements for products and services, and provide on-site problem feedback. 7.Ensure all operations comply with local safety standards and regulatory requirements. What is required: 1. A diploma or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields, with familiarity in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AGV systems. Technical knowledge in sensor applications and network communication is required, and experience in the warehousing automation industry is preferred. 2. Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English is required, with additional foreign language skills (such as Spanish, German) being a plus. Those with relevant technical certifications (such as local electrician licenses, automation system certifications) are preferred. 3. Ability to write technical reports, service records, and operation manuals, and provide technical training and guidance to customers. 4. Ability to understand basic circuit diagrams and CAD drawings, and the ability to use instruments such as multimeters. 5. Strong communication skills, good team spirit, a sense of responsibility; 6. Ability to adapt to frequent international travel, work in different cultural backgrounds, possess excellent customer service and communication skills, collaborate with multinational teams, and coordinate problem-solving. 7.
