Someone who puts compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do. We are seeking an experienced Senior People Partner to deliver best practice P&C services that will directly contribute to enhancing our employee experience. In this role, you will be joining an experienced, engaged and passionate HR team who partner across a portfolio which comprises 23 Aged Care Homes, Community Care and Independent Living across QLD, NSW and Victoria and are supported by a national P&C service. You will be a trusted advisor to your stakeholders and practice as a contemporary generalist for several residential aged care facilities and the Community Care teams. You will also provide support for national people & culture initiatives for St Vincent’s Care Services (SVCS). This is a permanent full-time position that allows flexibility to WFH, our SVCS locations and/or our Group Office (Wooloomooloo) with a requirement to regularly attend facilities as needed. You will bring proven experience in partnering and coaching people leaders across the full employee lifecycle, including IR/ER, performance management, employee experience, change management and organisational culture. In addition, you will be involved in EA and Award interpretation and providing sound advice and guidance to our Leaders and Team Members.
