- Increase City CV’s sales and revenue in the UK and global markets (including the US, Middle East, and Asia).
- Identify business opportunities, engage with key stakeholders, and set up meetings.
- Sell outplacement, branding, and training solutions to corporates and individuals.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact to deal close.
- Build long-term client relationships and develop quantifiable sales plans.
- Experience in a professional / corporate B2B sales role.
- Proven sales and analytical skills for successful business generation.
- Experience in navigating corporate structures and building rapport with decision-makers.
- Preferred background in recruitment, coaching, careers consulting, HR, employee retention, or talent solutions, financial services, professional services (desired but not essential).
- Strong business development and sales capabilities with a hunger to sell and close deals.
- Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a self-starter mindset.
