Our client is an independent boutique recruitment business who have established an excellent reputation in the IT/ Digital sector in the Europe and the UK. The London office has a new a mission driven focused brand that they are hiring for. This side of the business focuses on placing women in technology, with the aim of reducing the gender disparity within the IT industry. Our client is very passionate about making an impact, with them donating a portion of their profits to getting girls into coding and STEM. What the role involves? You’ll be working on retained projects with well established global clients. You will expertly and creatively search for senior level women within the Tech space and meticulously partner them with clients. The aim is for you to progress into the client side, playing a large part within the community to make impactful change within Tech business. Requiring a confident and positive attitude towards business development/ networking to grow your desk. Full autonomy, support and committed business model will all be provided by a knowledgeable management team, who are focused on making the London office a continued success. Experience Needed

• You will have at least 12 months 360 recruitment agency experience
• This will ideally be in the technology or digital area - although other similar/cross over sectors will be considered
• Strong skills in business development and candidate generation
• Energy to deliver a first class recruitment service
• Be able to evidence a successful billing past
