The Marketing Coordinator at Investor Kit is a versatile role focused on supporting the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is responsible for scheduling content, implementing the social media and email strategies, coordinating content distribution, and assisting with event content gathering. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Manager and broader team to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities, providing essential support for campaigns and reporting on key performance metrics. Location: Remote – Sydney Based Reports To: Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities Content Scheduling and Execution Schedule and publish content across social media platforms according to the established content calendar, ensuring consistent brand presence. Execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, scheduling, and deployment, in line with the overall email strategy. Coordinate the distribution of content across various channels to maximise reach and engagement, adapting content for each platform as needed. Social Media and Email Strategy Support Implement the social media strategy by managing daily posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media activity. Assist in developing and optimising email templates, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with campaign objectives. Work with the marketing team to gather content ideas, schedule posts, and create engaging social media and email campaigns that align with Investor Kit’s goals. Reporting and Metrics Track and report on key metrics for social media, email, and other campaigns, including engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Maintain organized records of campaign data and performance reports for easy reference and future campaign planning. AI Utilisation and Innovation Leverage AI-powered scheduling and analytics tools to optimise posting times, improve engagement, and streamline content distribution across channels. Utilise AI-driven tools for content creation and curation, including personalised content recommendations and automated responses for social media. Integrate AI-based analytics tools to track campaign performance, enhance reporting accuracy, and derive actionable insights from large data sets. Continuously research and stay informed on AI trends in marketing, identifying new tools that could benefit Investor Kit’s marketing efficiency and effectiveness. General Marketing Support Assist the Marketing Manager and marketing team with various tasks, including research, data entry, and project coordination. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other activities to support marketing strategy development and execution. Support other marketing initiatives as needed, contributing to a collaborative and productive team environment. Qualifications and Skills Experience: 1+ year in a marketing, social media, or coordination role is preferred, with a basic understanding of digital marketing. Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic data analytics; experience with scheduling tools is a plus. Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality content scheduling, accurate reporting, and timely execution.
