- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across all platforms.
- Plan, create, and manage high-quality content tailored to target audiences, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand identity.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of social media accounts, including scheduling, posting, and monitoring interactions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with influencers, collaborators, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze performance metrics to inform strategy improvements, reporting key insights to the marketing team.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and new platforms to strengthen the company’s digital presence.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to design integrated campaigns.
- Manage social media budgets and campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Monitor competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the digital space.
- Support in content localization and cultural tailoring for diverse audiences, with a focus on UK and Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns for consumer-focused brands.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics tools, and content strategy best practices.
- Experience working in retail, e-commerce, or related industries preferred.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Mandarin speaking is preferred but not essential.
- Experience with paid social media advertising and influencer marketing strategies.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving audience needs and preferences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
