- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients within the UK commercial sector.
- Drive sales across hardware, software licenses, cloud services, and IT solutions, meeting and exceeding revenue and profit targets.
- Conduct daily outreach to clients and prospects, including phone calls and email follow-ups.
- Organize and attend customer meetings and quarterly business reviews (minimum of 5 per week).
- Collaborate with internal teams and technical specialists to support transformational IT projects.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key vendors and partners.
- Complete CRM updates, track customer IT profiles, and manage KPI targets.
- Participate in training and complete industry certifications as assigned by the company.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a similar role, preferably in IT or related fields.
- A university degree or equivalent qualifications.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and disciplined approach to sales.
- Strong ability to build rapport, communicate clearly (both written and verbal), and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to meet targets, with a results-driven attitude and self-motivation.
- Experience in cold calling, professional email drafting, and CRM tools.
- Industry certifications (e.g., VMware Certified Professional, Azure Fundamentals, AWS Professional) are highly desirable.
- Remote work options or the opportunity to be based in the Milton Keynes HQ.
