Job Description (Summary)
As an Agro Sales Executive, you will focus on customer acquisition, product promotion, and driving the adoption of agritech and financial solutions tailored to the agricultural sector. You will engage with SMEs, agribusinesses, cooperatives, and smallholder farmers, ensuring excellent service delivery and achieving sales targets.
Customer Acquisition and Product Promotion:
Acquire clients by targeting SMEs, agribusinesses, cooperatives, and individual farmers for agritech and financial solutions.
Promote and sell products such as savings accounts, loans, digital payment platforms, insurance, and agritech innovations.
Onboard clients and educate them about products and services to ensure seamless adoption.
Revenue Growth and Product Penetration:
Drive transaction volumes by facilitating collections, bill payments, fund disbursements, and POS deployments.
Encourage the adoption of electronic payment systems and digital financial solutions across the agricultural value chain.
Expand product penetration across key agricultural regions and sectors.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty, retention, and cross-selling opportunities.
Understand and address client needs with tailored agritech and financial solutions while providing exceptional service.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, resolving inquiries efficiently.
Market Expansion and Reporting:
Expand market reach by onboarding new agribusinesses, cooperatives, and financial institutions.
Monitor agricultural market trends and provide insights to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
Maintain comprehensive reports on sales activities, lead conversions, and revenue generation.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
HND/B.Sc. in any related discipline.
Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in the Agrotech space with a proven track record of selling Agrotech products.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
