Job Description: Conveyancing Lawyer 1. To manage real estate transactions for both commercial and residential properties (both sub-sale and projects) and ensuring all transaction meet their legal obligations. 2. To handle and manage all loan documentation for financing and refinancing 3. Review and draft contracts and other conveyancing documents. 4. Coordinate with clients, real estate agents and other parties involved in the transaction. 5. Advise clients in connection with conveyancing matters and attend signing with clients. 6. Follow up with banks, developers, government bodies/agencies and related parties. 7. Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures, timelines, laws and regulations 8. Monitor and follow up closely the progress for all ongoing files. 9. Other tasks as assigned by the firm from time to time CONVEYANCING CLERK To assist Legal Associates in conveyancing matters. Able to prepare documents for sale and purchase agreements and loan agreements for both direct purchase from developer and sub-sale. -Minimum 3-5 years' experience, specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent. -With experience in Law/Legal Services would be an added advantage. -Proper training and guidance will be provided to newcomers -A team worker and an initiative-seeker -Diligent, self-motivated, responsible and willing to take on new challenges. -Pleasant, friendly and able to get along with others. Able to prepare documents for sale and purchase agreements and loan agreements for both direct purchase from developer and sub-sale. Qualifications and Requirements: Conveyancing Lawyer 1. Possess Bachelor of Laws degree and current Practicing Certificate. 2. Minimum 3 years as working experience as practicing lawyer in conveyancing matters and proficiency in conveyancing procedures. 3. Those just called to the Bar are encouraged to apply, on the job training will be provided. 4. Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, Ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage. 5. Possess good attitude, willing to learn and take responsibility, good communication skills and able to work as a team. 6. Manage time well and able to meet deadline. 7. Attention to details and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. 8.Preferably able to start work immediately, or within short notice. Conveyancing Clerk 1) Minimum one (3) year working experience in a law firm. Familiar with Microsoft Words. Fast typing. Able to work independently. Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaya (written and spoken).
