Do you believe the sum of the parts is greater than the whole? JOB PURPOSE/ROLE/SUMMARY -Responsible for back office operations support and promoting quality customer care. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist in handling dispatch, including incoming and outgoing mails.
- To assist in signature verification for financial and non-financial requests from customers.
- To assist in processing non-financial endorsements.
- To assist in scanned documents and disposal exercises.
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required.
- Candidates must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Secretarial, Commerce, or any other relevant fields of study.
- Applicants must be willing to work in ALIM Klang Branch.
- Minimum 3 months' internship period.
- Preferably to commence in January 2025 onwards.
- A fast learner, proactive and able to multitask.
