Internship (Invoice to Cash) - 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Support operational activities related to Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Conduct financial background check and analysis.
• Assist in monthly bank reconciliation; records promptly matched against accounts receivable balances with supporting documentation.
• Follow up that customers receive system-generated documents on time (invoices, statement of account & dunning letters).
• Communicate with relevant party where disputes are identified; determine next course of action to speed resolution and collection process.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Carry out reporting activities and analysis according to specific deadlines.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or any other similar qualification.
• Preferably at least 6 months of internship period.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Proactive, action-oriented, persistent, and resilient.
• In-depth business software knowledge.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural company.
• Hands-on experience working with experienced professionals.
• Possesses an analytical mindset.
