WAREHOUSE OPERATOR

Add expected salary to your profile for insights. The warehouse operator is responsible for handling warehouse documentation, reporting, and backup for warehouse operations.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Update inventory transactions in WMS.
2. Prepare and send daily, weekly, and monthly reports to customers if required.
3. Prepare monthly billing report.
4. Respond to month-end closing.
5. Respond to emails/calls and general filing.
6. Plan and arrange cycle count activity.
7. Perform other clerical duties as may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
8. Prepare reports to be submitted to superior.
9. Backup of arranged external warehouse activities such as operations.

Qualification:

Knowledge/Experience:

1. Experience in documentation and inventory management software.
2. Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
3. Knowledge in clerical work is an advantage.
4. Time management and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
5. Able to work well with others.
6. Able to communicate effectively with the team and internal departments.

Summary of Role Requirements:
