Qualifying Criteria – ASSISTANT PROFESSOR: SBM - Human Resource & Behavioural Sciences a. Ph.D. is mandatory with a minimum of 55% in Master’s Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant discipline. AND b. Minimum 2 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals OR First Class graduate and professionally qualified Chartered Accountant / Cost and Works Accountant / Company Secretary of the concerned bodies. c. Without prejudice to the above, the following conditions may be considered desirable : i) Ph.D. preferred with 2 years of experience. ii) The candidate has presented at least two papers based on his/her Ph.D. work in conferences/seminars sponsored/funded/supported by the UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or any similar agency. Published work may include books, Research Periodical, Ph.D. guidance, Consultancy projects, and a patent filed. Pay Scales: As per UGC guidelines; but will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
