Accounts Payable Team Lead

Accounts Payable (P2P) - Team Lead Experience Required - 5 years to 10 years ( 4+ years into Team Leading)

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (P2P) team
• Knowledge of Invoice posting, Credit notes and Vendor clearing
• Review and prepare Vendor Payment proposals.
• Vendor reconciliations and ageing analysis.
• GRIR posting, Reconciliation and Ageing Analysis
• Reviews intercompany invoices and payments, liaises with internal departments, associated companies and management as required
• Develops and Implements error-proofing method to ensure all transactions are booked accurately.
• Controls and manages internal reporting timetables for month end close processes.
• Prepare monthly Dashboard reporting, SLA Reporting and other internal reports.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to in-house systems and suggest improvements.

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Finance/Commerce

• Excellent Domain Knowledge
• ERP - SAP , Invoice workflow tool
• MS Office proficient
• Excel and PowerPoint skills
