Opoortunity for Specialist - Lab Car Testing

Experience: Min 7 - 8 years

• Knowledge of Vehicle Electrical and Electronics sub systems
• Knowledge of Vehicle Architecture
• Expertise in using Canalyzer, Canoe,ODIS, Troubleshooting
• Vehicle communication protocols CAN,LIN, Ethernet , Flexray
• Project Management
• Good administrative skills : ability to plan , develop a structure
• To co-ordinate and manage the relevant testing task so that the component Technical development requirements are analyzed, prepared and executed in an efficient and appropriate way for decision making or implementation.
• Develop and demonstrate high level of competency for on board testing and vehicle testing to have DTC free car built, both for series and pre-series
• Coordinate with internal customers like Pilot Hall, Assembly, Field Failure team to take immediate actions on failures
• Conduct HIL & SIL testing, bench level testing on lab car, generate reports and coordinate with system and function owners
• Analyze Fault codes during testing, prepare a risk analysis, provide feedback and recommendation for software release
• Ensure compliance with internal and external requirement such as Specifications (LAH) regulatory, homologation and identified Key performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Identify the potential functional failures, prepare documentation and reports
• Continuously seek, identify and co-ordinate new Indian technologies / development opportunities based on competitor/market trends, customer requirements, Supplier inputs and Manufacturing requirements.
• Ensuring project targets and milestones (time, cost and Quality )
• Support the relevant team, based on PEP guidelines and ensure that the respective milestones (technical and budgetary) are completed within the stipulated time period and with the desired results
