Position: HR Executive Location: Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra (On-site) Job Type- Full time Reports To: HR Manager/Director Salary: 25 to 35K Education required: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience Required: Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in HR roles, preferably in recruitment, employee relations, or generalist positions. Job Summary The HR Executive will assist in managing the entire recruitment process, employee relations, training & development, compliance, and the overall implementation of HR policies and procedures. The role involves supporting both employees and management in various HR-related functions. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding: ● Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers. ● Coordinate onboarding procedures for new hires, including orientation and induction programs. ● Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment documentation. 2. Employee Relations ● Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, concerns, and grievances. ● Mediate disputes and facilitate conflict resolution between employees. ● Maintain a positive and harmonious workplace culture. 3. Training & Development ● Identify training needs and organize appropriate training programs. ● Support performance management processes, including appraisals, goal-setting, and career development plans. 4. Compensation & Benefits: ● Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll. ● Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws. ● Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and other benefits. 5. Compliance & Record-Keeping ● Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and other regulatory requirements. ● Maintain employee records, HR databases, and generate necessary reports. ● Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. 6. Employee Engagement ● Organize team-building activities, events, and employee engagement programs to enhance morale. ● Facilitate employee satisfaction surveys and take follow-up actions to address areas of concern. 7. HR Analytics & Reporting: ● Prepare HR-related reports, such as headcount analysis, turnover rate, recruitment effectiveness, etc. ● Utilize HR software to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency. 8. Exit Process ● Manage employee exits, including exit interviews, full-and-final settlements, and relieving formalities. ● Ensure a smooth offboarding process and provide insights for employee retention. Key Skills and Competencies - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices. - Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS). - Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. - Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
