What’s your new role about? The Upgrade Engineer will be participating in execution of critical software and system upgrades across Elevate's enterprise technology landscape. These upgrades may involve:
- .NET Framework/Packages
- Angular Framework/Packages
- Third-Party Libraries
- Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- Execution of software and system upgrades across Elevate's enterprise technology landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Development, and Architects, to ensure seamless upgrade processes.
- Performs testing and validate the upgrade
- Create comprehensive documentation for upgrade processes, including plans, results, and rollback procedures.
- Monitor system performance post-upgrade and address any issues that arise swiftly.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and standards during all upgrade activities. Education:
- Basic knowledge in programming, preferably in .NET languages (C#, VB.NET) and SQL.
- Understanding of CI/CD practices
- Experience in managing software upgrades is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Experience in Terraform
- Experience in Angular
- Experience with DevOps Tools:
- Experience with Automated Testing:
