Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in optimizing website content, improving search engine rankings, and staying ahead of the curve with the latest SEO trends and AI-driven tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve website rankings.
- Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases with high search potential.
- Optimize website content, metadata, and on-page elements for search engines.
- Perform regular audits of the website to ensure technical SEO compliance.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
- Identify and resolve issues related to site structure, crawlability, and indexing.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithms, and AI tools in the SEO and digital marketing space.
- Create and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in blogs, articles, and other marketing materials.
- Generate periodic reports on SEO performance and recommend actionable insights for improvement.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools and techniques.
- Experience with on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles (preferred).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
