Viptela SDWAN Admin Must-Have**(Ideally should not be more than 3-5) Have a thorough understanding of extensive troubleshooting for WAN network over SDWAN topology both underlay and overlay with packet capture. Hands-on experience on the upgradation of Edge and controllers. Hands-on experience in SDWAN configuration (install, stage/setup SDWAN, Configuration SDWAN policy rule, HA for SDWAN devices, Advance routing for SDWAN). Working knowledge of remote user access technologies, including IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, Explicit Proxy, ZTNA, and SWG Proxy. Good-to-Have Experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper, and Fortinet products a plus Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role Ensure that assigned SDWAN /network infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested, and operational. Configure & orchestrate Cisco Viptela SD WAN for remote sites. Improving the overall SDWAN infrastructure utilizing the features QOS, TCP optimization, Direct engagement with customers to provide support and understand customer needs. Deployment of profiles, templates and pushing them to all branch locations. Willing to work in 24/7 Shifts
