Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Costing & Estimation) Experience: 2+ years in a similar role Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering Location: Bangalore Job Description : We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with expertise in costing, estimation, and project coordination for our Lights and Furniture Division . The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a background in electrical engineering, and experience in tendering, quotations, and client communication. Key Responsibilities : Costing & Estimation :

• Prepare precise cost estimates, quotations, and professional proposals for lights and furniture projects.
• Create Proforma Invoices and place orders with vendors and suppliers.

• Manage and oversee project activities independently from initiation to completion.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and communicate project details effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

• Verify that all project materials are ordered and track delivery schedules.
• Inspect materials upon arrival to confirm specifications, including lamps and accessories.
• Organize and schedule the dispatch and installation of materials to clients.

• Maintain comprehensive records of project status, correspondence, and updates.
• Prepare and submit detailed monthly reports for management and vendors.
• Handle client and vendor correspondence independently and professionally.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and updates.
• Maintain strong relationships by addressing client needs efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Report potential project delays or issues to the Project Manager promptly.

• Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting, tracking, and analysis.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Graduate or Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–4 years of experience in tendering, costing, and project coordination, preferably in an electrical contracting environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
