Who we are and what do we do NPST is into Digital Payments bridging the banking and fintech worlds with its product suite of technology and payments, for over 10 years. We provide software and digital payment solutions to the BFSI Industry as a Technology service provider(TSP) and Payment Platform as a Service (PPaaS), catering to stakeholders across the financial value chain, including banks, aggregators, merchants, and consumers. We got listed on NSE SME Board (NSE Emerge) in Aug – 2021 as one of the only few Fintech in listed space. Today we are the most valued SME in India on (NSE platform) with Market cap exceeding 2500 Cr (as of Mar’24). As per our vision to operate across financial value chain, we acquired approval from National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI) for Third Party Application Provider (TPAP) and today operate as Merchant PSP under our Sponsor Bank. NPST has a marquee clientele in Banking space across PSU, Private, RRB and Co-operative bank segment as well as 100+ Fintech utilizing NPST platform to access UPI Payments. What will you do The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing customer-focused strategies and initiatives to drive the company’s commercial and business goals. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention preferably in the fintech industry who can help the company achieve its commercial and business goals. Job responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with banks.
- Strengthen relationships to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Identify potential banking and merchant opportunities.
- Conduct detailed market research and analysis to strategize business growth.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at banks and merchant organizations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to maintain ongoing rapport
- Drive business growth by initiating and closing B2B sales opportunities.
- Actively pursue potential clients to expand the organization’s footprint.
- Engage with senior executives to present proposals and negotiate partnerships.
- Build trust and influence decisions at the highest levels.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate business goals and strategies effectively.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude in managing responsibilities and solving challenges.
- Leverage fundamental technical skills to support business activities.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Experience in the fintech industry is advantageous, offering deeper market insights.
- Work seamlessly within multi-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Dialogue with our clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Analyze clients' data and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Present value-proposition to sales leads and current customers.
- Prospect for new sales leads and close sales.
- Master's degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in relationship management within the fintech or payment technology sector.
- Enthusiastic about building relationship and driving impactful strategies.
