Senior Collections Manager

Designation/Post* Senior Manager – Collections Job Role Collections / Accounts receivable Job Description* Manage the collections portfolio and maintain strong customer relations Develop and drive collection strategy and execution. Drive cash forecasting, and report on trends. Build relationships with key clients to ensure timely collections are made and identify reasons for delayed payment by customers by ensuring regular follow up Collection on past due invoices & invalid deductions on allocated portfolios via Email, phone calls etc. Research any full open invoices which customers have disputed, facilitate dispute details shared by customer to billing & Operations team to help them resolve the dispute Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with sales team. Ensure compliance with appropriate accounting policies, business processes and controls. Ensure appropriate and timely legal action on delinquent cases Compute provision for doubtful debts on a monthly basis on AR outstanding based on company’s policy Candidate Profile* Highly developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently. Strong attention to detail, goal oriented. Commitment to excellent customer service. Successful in dealing with company personnel at all levels.
