Key responsibilities: Lead Identification and Generation:
- Researching target audiences and market trends to identify potential leads across digital ABM and social media platforms.
- Creating and managing targeted digital campaigns through social media, search engines, and email marketing platforms.
- Developing and implementing compelling content marketing strategies to attract and engage potential customers.
- Collaborating with Digital Marketing team to support 360 lead gen campaigns and content creation
- Implement lead scoring mechanisms to identify high-quality leads.
- Create automated email nurture campaigns to engage leads at different stages of the sales funnel.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track lead interactions.
- Collaborate with Business Development team to ensure leads processing
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, click-through rates, and cost per lead.
- Analyzing lead generation data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign strategies.
- Preparing reports on lead generation performance and providing insights to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools like LinkedIn Ads, email marketing platforms, SalesForce CRM and Account Engagement, and 6Sense or similar platforms.
- Very strong copywriting and content creation abilities
- Understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys
- Ability to develop targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Data analysis and interpretation to identify trends and make informed decisions
- Ability to measure campaign performance and calculate ROI
- 5+ years in Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Sales in B2B market is required
- Knowledge of lead gen and marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Pardot, 6Sense etc.)
- Ability to provide writing samples (successful email campaigns our outreach, client communications etc.)
- Experience with Healthcare, Biotech, Pharma, Med Device, Regulatory, Consulting – big plus
- Experience creating and managing LinkedIn ad campaigns and automation scripts – big plus
