Retail Test Analyst - CMS

Retail Test Analyst – CMS (preferably CoreMedia) Exp: 5+ yrs Work Timing: 2 PM to 11 PM IST Work Location: Kochi / Remote

• At least 5+ years' experience in testing retail applications – eCommerce, Loyalty, OMS and Store applications.
• Must have good understanding on the retail domain.
• Prior experience with CMS (preferably CoreMedia) is a plus.
• Strong Experience in Manual Testing and must be proficient with the QA methodologies, concepts, processes, and documentation.
• Possess good communication and written documentation skills and is able to interact with key stakeholders to deliver fast with quality. • Strong knowledge of CMS and its workflows (preferable CoreMedia).
• Execute testing for CMS features.
• Act as a lead tester when needed, overseeing the testing team and completing tasks.
• To be able to establish a solid relationship with client stakeholders to understand the vision, requirements, and priorities of our business partners.
• Good understanding of estimation process, knowledge management and KPI.
• In-depth understanding of IT software development life cycle and product process oriented agile development environment like Scrum
