Your Mission As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll take charge of expanding Remitbee’s digital footprint, driving engagement, and amplifying our brand presence. With your creative expertise, analytical mindset, and technical know-how, you’ll develop strategies that connect with our audience, increase our reach, and position Remitbee as a leader in the FinTech space. What You’ll Do - Social Media Growth: Plan and execute strategies to increase followership and engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others. - Ad Campaigns: Run highly optimized ad campaigns on social platforms, monitor performance, and adjust spending for maximum ROI. - Content Creation: Develop creative, engaging, and theme-based marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience. - Freelancer Collaboration: Source and manage freelancers/contractors for content production, ensuring high-quality deliverables at optimal costs. - Email Marketing: Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns, including automation strategies. - Data-Driven Decisions: Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, and A/B testing to track performance and refine strategies. - Lead Generation: Drive high-quality leads through targeted campaigns while optimizing conversion rates. - Quarterly Planning: Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans with clear KPIs and tracking metrics. - Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. What You Bring - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. - Experience: 4+ years in digital marketing with a proven track record of delivering results. - Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Braze, and other analytics tools. - Content & Copy Skills: Strong copywriting and content creation abilities to craft compelling campaigns. - Optimization Skills: Expertise in A/B testing, ad performance tracking, and budget management. - Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines. - Creative Problem-Solving: A talent for seeing solutions others may overlook, delivering innovative marketing strategies. - Freelancer Management: Experience in sourcing and managing external contractors effectively.
