This role is for heading the product of a HRMS Product. As a key leader, you will define and execute a product vision that addresses the needs of modern HR operations, including payroll, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This role demands a deep understanding of HR technology and a proven ability to deliver scalable and user-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities

1. Define and execute the product vision and strategy for HRMS solutions, aligned with organizational goals.
2. Develop and maintain a product roadmap to address evolving HR industry trends and customer needs.
3. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to development, launch, and optimization.
4. Collaborate with HR leaders and clients to understand pain points and gather feedback for continuous product enhancement.
5. Ensure integration of HRMS solutions with existing enterprise systems like payroll, ERP, and CRM tools.
6. Prioritize features that improve employee experience, compliance management, and data-driven decision-making.
7. Drive innovation in areas such as AI-driven talent analytics, automated workflows, and mobile-first HR solutions.
8. Monitor product performance using KPIs and implement strategies for ongoing improvement.
9. Build and lead a high-performing product team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
10. Stay updated on emerging HR technology trends, compliance standards, and market demands.

• Experience :
• Minimum 10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in HRMS or related SaaS platforms.
• Proven track record of leading successful HRMS product launches.
• Education :
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, HR Management, or a related field.
• Skills :
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and technology integrations.
• Expertise in product management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Productboard.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
