Job Title : Head of Product – HRMS Solutions Location : Chennai Industry : Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), SaaS Solutions Employment Type : Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Head of Product to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) solutions. As a key leader, you will define and execute a product vision that addresses the needs of modern HR operations, including payroll, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This role demands a deep understanding of HR technology and a proven ability to deliver scalable and user-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for HRMS solutions, aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap to address evolving HR industry trends and customer needs.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to development, launch, and optimization.
- Collaborate with HR leaders and clients to understand pain points and gather feedback for continuous product enhancement.
- Ensure integration of HRMS solutions with existing enterprise systems like payroll, ERP, and CRM tools.
- Prioritize features that improve employee experience, compliance management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Drive innovation in areas such as AI-driven talent analytics, automated workflows, and mobile-first HR solutions.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and implement strategies for ongoing improvement.
- Build and lead a high-performing product team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Stay updated on emerging HR technology trends, compliance standards, and market demands.
- Experience :
- Minimum 10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in HRMS or related SaaS platforms.
- Proven track record of leading successful HRMS product launches.
- Education :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, HR Management, or a related field.
- Skills :
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and technology integrations.
- Expertise in product management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Productboard.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience with AI-powered HR solutions or employee analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with global HR compliance requirements and standards.
- Knowledge of emerging trends such as remote workforce management and employee wellness technologies.
