Learn more at About the Role As the Growth Marketing Manager at SpatialChat, you will take on a pivotal, founding marketing role with immense scope for impact. You will be responsible for designing and executing cutting-edge marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, enhance brand visibility, and fuel the growth of our AI-powered virtual collaboration platform. You will operate in a dynamic environment, bridging data-driven insights with creative strategies to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Lead the planning and budget allocation for digital marketing campaigns to optimize user acquisition and retention.
- Execute campaigns across multiple channels, including:SEO/SEM
- Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms)
- Programmatic advertising
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to meet key performance metrics and improve ROI.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments, analyze findings, and scale successful strategies.
- Identify and implement new growth strategies, leveraging market trends and insights.
- Craft engaging product descriptions, feature overviews, and landing page copy.
- Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, datasheets, email campaigns, and nurture sequences.
- Write scripts for product demos, sales presentations, and promotional videos.
- Create thought leadership content, such as blog posts and social media narratives, that resonates with target audiences.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer pain points, behaviors, and preferences.
- Define and refine the product’s unique value propositions and messaging framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent alignment on go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive product awareness, generate leads, and enhance adoption.
- Leverage analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to refine product and marketing strategies.
- Design comprehensive marketing and messaging strategies that align with SpatialChat’s business goals and brand positioning.
- Identify target audiences and tailor marketing efforts for effective engagement and conversion.
- Manage SpatialChat’s social media presence, curating content that builds community engagement and amplifies brand voice.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content, including articles, blog posts, and videos, to highlight SpatialChat’s vision and technical expertise.
- Plan and execute impactful virtual and in-person events to engage customers, partners, and industry leaders.
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty through targeted campaigns and innovative marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
- Hands-on expertise in running campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, programmatic, and other digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent content creation and storytelling abilities.
- Experience in market research and positioning strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
