Role Purpose: As a Customer Success Manager , your primary goal is to foster strong client relationships to ensure long-term loyalty and retention. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring clients maximize the value of our platform, resolve challenges promptly, and drive upsells and renewals. Responsibilities: 1. Client Support:
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and Taqtics.
- Conduct training workshops to help stakeholders fully leverage the platform’s capabilities.
- Digitize client requirements and ensure smooth implementation of the platform for their business.
- Collaborate with clients to understand challenges, ensuring timely resolutions and satisfaction.
- Take ownership of client accounts to maintain a retention rate of over 90%.
- Monitor user adoption and ensure consistent engagement across all accounts.
- Create and share detailed Excel-based reports (weekly/monthly) with clients, showcasing usage and insights.
- Gather feedback from clients to identify recurring challenges and relay insights to the product team.
- Work with the product manager to improve the platform based on user feedback.
- A passion for B2B relationship management and creating exceptional client experiences.
- High logical reasoning skills and the ability to understand high-level concepts to solve complex problems effectively.
- Previous experience in a Customer Success or client-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in business English .
- Proficiency in MS Office & Data Visualization tools
- Assertive, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
