Position Title: AI Expert – Data Analysis, Generative AI, Chatbot Development, and ERP Integration Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Analyze structured and unstructured data, develop predictive models, and provide actionable insights for business decisions.
- Generative AI: Design and deploy AI models for content creation and process optimization.
- Chatbot Development: Build AI-powered chatbots for customer service, internal support, and automation, integrating them with ERP systems.
- ERP Integration: Integrate AI solutions with ERP systems to optimize workflows, forecasting, and automation.
- Website Enhancements: Implement AI features like personalized recommendations and search optimization.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on AI advancements and propose innovative tools and techniques.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI, data analysis, Power BI, and ERP integration.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis , Power BI for creating dashboards, and extracting business insights.
- Machine Learning experience, including building predictive models and algorithms.
- Hands-on expertise in Generative AI for chatbot creation (NLP, deep learning models).
- Experience with ERP systems like ERPNext and integrating AI into such systems.
- Proficiency in Python and R for data analysis and machine learning.
- Expertise in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow , PyTorch , and Scikit-learn .
- Strong knowledge of NLP for chatbot development.
- Experience with ERP systems like ERPNext and related integration technologies.
- Familiarity with Power BI for creating reports and dashboards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
