Google and Meta Ads Specialist Yrs of Experience: 5+ Location: Bangalore, Bannerghatta Rd Work Schedule: 5 days a week, Work From Office (WFO), Remote or hybrid work is not available. Job Duties: Ad Campaign Management:

  • Plan, create, and manage Google and Meta ad campaigns to drive traffic to Shopify.
  • Optimize campaigns to target both B2C and B2B customers effectively in the US marketplace .
SEO and Backlink Strategies:
  • Implement strategies to improve SERP rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Develop and maintain backlinks to strengthen website authority.
Sales Growth:
  • Strategically increase sales in dollar value by driving high-quality traffic and conversions.
  • Leverage data to identify trends and opportunities to maximize revenue.
Retargeting and Attribution:
  • Utilize retargeting campaigns to re-engage users and improve customer retention.
  • Set up and manage attribution links and pixel IDs to track conversions accurately.
Keyword and Competitor Analysis:
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
  • Use insights to refine ad targeting and improve ROI.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze key metrics such as CPC , ROAS , and conversion rates to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaboration and Strategy Development:
  • Work with the content and design teams to align ad creatives with marketing objectives.
  • Develop and execute customized Google and Meta ad strategies tailored to home and kitchen ecommerce.
Qualifications: Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Google and Meta Ads, preferably in ecommerce.
  • Any degree
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager , Meta Ads Manager , Google Analytics , SEMRush , and Ahrefs .
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Understanding of consumer behavior and marketing psychology to craft persuasive ad campaigns.
  • Knowledge of retargeting, attribution links, and pixel ID setup.
  • Familiarity with CPC, ROAS, and other ad performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
