Key Responsibilities:
- Generate 20+ qualified client appointments per month through email, LinkedIn, and freelance platforms.
- Achieve an engagement rate of 25% or higher on outreach campaigns.
- Consistently follow up with leads to maintain a pipeline of 50+ warm prospects monthly .
- Collaborate with teams to align outreach strategies with service offerings.
- Ensure all outreach and follow-ups are logged in CRM tools with 95% data accuracy .
- Close 3+ new client deals per month directly from scheduled appointments.
- Contribute to a 15% monthly revenue growth within the first 6 months.
- Increase repeat engagement from targeted industries by 20% quarter-over-quarter .
- 1+ years in business development or appointment setting with a proven track record.
- Exceptional written communication and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and CRM platforms.
