Marketing, Events Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Events Executive to plan, organize, and execute marketing events that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of event coordination, marketing strategies, and excellent project management skills. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end marketing events and campaigns. Manage all event logistics, including manpower, transportation, catering, equipment, and contingency planning, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to brand standards. Coordinate event setup, schedules, and on-site operations, including providing support for product demonstrations and sales during events. Maintain inventory of event materials, products, and accessories, ensuring proper storage and availability. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, organizers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to facilitate successful event planning. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project delivery and produce post-event reports with recommendations for future improvements. Generate innovative ideas to enhance the impact and effectiveness of marketing events and campaigns. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree holder in Marketing/Events. Minimum 3 years in events management or coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Able to speak in English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts. Comfortable working in a startup environment. Why Join Us?
