Job Responsibilities Support tendering process with activities such as preparation of the tender, issuance of tender, receiving and analyzing tender submissions. Perform contracts administration including reviewing change, contractual entitlements, drafting of correspondence, reviewing of contractual deliverables and dispute resolution mechanisms (if any). Support and liaison with the Project Team to ensure timely submission of deliverables during various stages of the projects. Assist with internal reports/tracker for project administration and monitoring. Assist with drafting of the payment certificates. Job Requirements Education & Certification Applicant must be a full-time current student. Experience No experience required as training will be provided. Other Prerequisites Possess basic computer literacy. Ability to juggle both short-term daily tactical role and long-term strategic initiatives. Proactive, ability to adapt to fast paced environment. A passion for working with diverse workplace. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate data, and document procedures. Approachable and responds appropriately to queries and feedback.
