The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Integrated Marketing) - Public Relations and Communications (Institutional) will play a key role in building and safeguarding the reputation of the Gallery by driving strategic communications and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, government entities, and institutional partners. RESPONSIBILITIES Support and execute the Public Relations strategy in alignment with the Gallery’s mission and objectives, including enhancing brand awareness, online and offline visitation to the Gallery, and ensuring consistency across all communications. Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and international media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage and maximise visibility for the Gallery. Craft and distribute press releases, pitches, and media advisories to effectively convey the Gallery’s key messages and stories. Monitor and analyse media coverage, influencer partnerships, and LinkedIn metrics, creating regular reports with actionable insights for internal stakeholders. Manage media events such as media previews, tours, and interviews, ensuring smooth coordination and impactful outcomes. Support the development of thought leadership content, such as op-eds, speeches, and LinkedIn articles, to position the Gallery as a leader in Southeast Asian art. Assist in managing the Gallery’s LinkedIn profile and content strategy, ensuring consistent, engaging, and institutional-aligned messaging. Cultivate relationships with influencers and coordinate collaborations for events and campaigns, ensuring alignment with the Gallery’s objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging across all public touchpoints and ensure integration into broader marketing initiatives. Assist in preparing Guest-of-Honour speeches, talking points, and briefing materials for ministers, VIPs, and other key stakeholders attending Gallery events. Support the development and execution of crisis communication plans, including drafting timely and accurate responses during crises. Qualification Undergraduate degree or diploma Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or a similar role. Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives. Proven track record of managing media and influencer relationships and securing positive coverage. Prior knowledge in analysing Public Relations metrics and using data-driven insights to optimise strategies. Ability to handle sensitive situations and crisis communications effectively with a calm and collected demeanour. Exceptional interpersonal, organisational, and analytical skills, with a high level of attention to detail. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments and with external stakeholders. Effective time management and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passion for the arts and culture sector is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
