Job Summary We are looking for a Welding Technician who will perform welding and maintenance work in compliance with the manufacturing procedure and production requirements. If you have the technical experience we are seeking, this opportunity is for you! In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Perform welding on parts according to the manufacturing procedure. Carry out Total Quality Check/Control (TQC) before the start of the process and ensure quality checks before passing to the next process. Timely meet the daily output based on the standard cycle requirement. Must pass required welding qualifications levels. Provide support to Production as needed. Perform other tasks as assigned by the leader or supervisor. Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules, including the usage of personal protective equipment, while working; avoid unsafe or negligent acts that may endanger oneself or peers; report and coordinate unsafe work conditions and provide suggestions to improve safety/health at work, as needed. Who You Are: You quickly and critically take action in fast-paced and unexpected situations. You promote a sense of urgency and establish accountability in your work. You build partnerships and collaborate with others to meet the target objectives set by the team. For This Role, You Will Need: Team-oriented and willing to help others. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to work overtime when requested. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Certificate in Technical Education, preferably with knowledge in Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding.
