Responsibilities Respond and handle customer requests/queries Incident resolution Change and Service Request fulfillment Problem ticket closure Preventive maintenance tasks fulfillment Vulnerability assessment Assist the Team Lead/Operations Manager in training and guiding junior team members Develop and enhance NOC team capability Analyze, troubleshoot, and correct network problems remotely and on-site Document incident RCA reports, configuration of the system, and network system performance tuning Ensure security compliance, patching, health checks, and hardening remediation Maintain and administer perimeter security systems such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems Perform standard or project change requests as per change window Provide on-call 24 x 7 support on a rotating basis Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes Perform Preventive Maintenance Participate in customer weekly sessions Requirements Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in Network support and maintenance (LAN/WAN/Cloud) Minimum CCNA Certified Experience in network/security administration in enterprise DC and Public Environment Experience in supporting firewall/network products such as Cisco routers & switches, Cisco Firewalls, Cisco ACI, Aruba, Infoblox, Citrix load balancers, Solarwinds, etc. Experience in troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software issues, analyzing system logs, and identifying potential issues/incidents Licence no: 12C6060#J-18808-Ljbffr
