Job Description: Provide IT support and manage incidents and requests relative to IT end users and infrastructure topics. Ensure end users' devices, IT systems, and networks are operating smoothly and react accordingly to remediate situations appropriately. Provide findings and support for any infrastructure issues in the office and boutiques. Provide regular on-site and remote support for office and boutique users across our different locations in South East Asia. Provide support to other Asia regions when required. Collaborate strongly with the regional IT team and global IT department in relation to operational topics, reporting, and project tasks. Participate in projects that require IT arrangements, such as store openings, office renovations/relocations, infrastructure projects, and events IT setup and support. Be the main point of contact for all IT support in South East Asia for end users, different partners, and IT colleagues from HQ. Actively monitor IT services to identify technological incidents and liaise with the Regional and Global IT teams as well as partners. Proper administration of users and devices. Manage IT budget, procurement, and inventory. Maintain IT documentation. Maintain any IT contracts and terms and conditions for services provided by IT vendors. Actively provide feedback for policies and procedures related to IT processes. Update and maintain project documents for any projects involved. Provide ad-hoc IT support as requested by the Regional IT or Global IT departments. Contribute to evaluating the current performance of IT services in the company and help define and implement improvements. Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline. 3 to 5 years of related experience in IT infrastructure support. Experience supporting stakeholders across regional locations remotely (this role has a Southeast Asia dimension). Preferably someone with experience working in an international luxury brand.
