Regional IT Manager – Lead IT Delivery Across the clients Largest Region They're looking for a Regional IT Manager to oversee IT operations for their largest IT region across the DACH region . In this pivotal role, you’ll lead IT Delivery for 7,000–9,000 users , managing a team of around 20 onsite IT professionals and collaborating with 1st-level support teams. Key responsibilities
- Manage IT Delivery services, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with global standards.
- Lead and develop a regional team, across Germany, Netherlands, Austria & Switzerland.
- Provide hands-on support as needed and oversee local implementation of global IT projects.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to understand and meet business needs.
- Coordinate with external IT providers and manage budgets.
- 2–3 years of experience leading IT support teams in a global environment.
- Fluency in German and English (essential).
- Technical familiarity with network infrastructure, Office 365, Windows, and device/mobile management (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong project management skills and a stable career history.
