The Daintree Ecolodge is set in the heart of the Daintree rainforest. The Ecolodge provides an experience unlike any other, with immersions into nature, a day spa, on-site activations, and an incredible food and beverage offering. The lodge caters to up to 30 guests, allowing for a great emphasis on the dining experience, personal touches, and incredible guest experiences. The Hotel Manager will manage all aspects of the hotel operations and oversee all non-operational departments, securing maximum revenue and guest satisfaction while positively positioning the hotel in the market. Ensuring the efficient and effective running of all departments across the property is essential. As the Hotel Manager, you will represent and champion the company values and policies in all aspects of the hotel, maximize revenue opportunities, and maintain effective cost control strategies to ensure objectives and budgets are achieved. This is a full-time permanent position located on-site at The Daintree Ecolodge. Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: Passion for hospitality and community. 3+ years’ experience in hotel management. Planning and decision making, with the ability to resolve problems quickly. Strong leadership and people management skills. Demonstrated experience managing guest experience and operational performance in a hotel environment.
