Drive transformational change, embracing innovation and accountability. Implement Agile methodologies across engineering teams, enhancing flexibility and productivity. Liaise between engineering and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication. The Ideal Candidate To succeed as our Head of Engineering, you will require: Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Head of Engineering or similar position. A proven track record of leading engineering teams in a fast-paced technology environment. Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and project management principles. Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and architectural design principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders. Relevant qualifications in Computer Science or Engineering. Experience in process optimisation and change management. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with adaptability in complex environments.
