Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback to enhance team performance. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, performance metrics, and strategies. Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with Aspect Maintenance’s business objectives. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with management to set sales targets and forecast revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Handle escalated client issues and ensure prompt resolution. Use Salesforce to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions. Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the property maintenance or related industry. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data, create reports, and develop actionable strategies.
