  • Contract Duration: Until 4th August 2025
  • Location: Farringdon, London (Hybrid working model, 2 days in office)
  • Rate: £500-£550 per day (Inside IR35)
  • Contracting Route: Timesheets via Umbrella Company
Join a leading management consultancy and technology services company specialising in IT and financial services. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join the Cyber Security Team of a large logistics organisation, a FTSE 100 company with a history spanning 500 years. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Take control of the SAP IDM migration project from inception to completion, understanding technical details and working collaboratively with both commercial and technical teams.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project scope, budget, and timelines effectively.
  • Challenge and escalate issues when necessary to ensure efficient and effective project completion.
  • Work collaboratively with various stakeholders, managing vendor/supplier relationships in a multi-supplier environment.
  • Ensure data security and compliance throughout the migration process, adapting to changing requirements and unforeseen challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of SAP IDM architecture, components, and functionalities.
  • Proven experience in SAP IDM implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Knowledge of data migration processes, including ETL (Extraction, Transformation, and Loading).
  • Familiarity with data quality and data governance principles.
  • Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and technologies.
  • Demonstrable experience working as a Project Manager in large complex organisations, adept in both Waterfall & Agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills at all levels.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR, CCPA, or industry-specific compliance requirements.
  • Vendor/Supplier management experience in a multi-supplier environment.
  • High level of resilience, drive, and persistence with proven negotiation skills.
