We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Engineer with expertise in Claroty to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in deploying, managing, and optimizing Claroty’s solutions within our Operational Technology (OT) environment. This position involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of critical OT systems while supporting broader cybersecurity initiatives. Key Responsibilities :
- Deploy and Configure Claroty solutions for OT Asset Inventory management, network monitoring and vulnerability management.
- Conduct security assessments and identify vulnerabilities in OT systems and networks.
- Monitor and manage security events, incidents, and alerts within the Claroty platform.
- Implement and optimize Claroty security policies, rules , and monitoring capabilities for OT environments.
- Collaborate with IT and OT teams to ensure seamless integration of Claroty solutions with existing systems.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Claroty systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Participate in incident response and assist in root cause analysis and remediation efforts for OT security incidents.
- Assist with regulatory compliance efforts (such as NIST, ISO 27001) and industry best practices for OT security.
- Create and deliver training and documentation on Claroty system usage and best practices for OT security.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity , Information Technology , or related field.
- Proven experience in deploying, configuring, and managing Claroty solutions in an OT environment.
- Strong understanding of OT networks , ICS , and SCADA systems .
- Hands-on experience with network security protocols, firewalls , IDS/IPS , and vulnerability management tools.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, etc.) and their application in OT environments.
- Experience in incident response and risk mitigation strategies for OT systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications such as CISSP , CEH , or CISA .
- Experience with other OT security solutions (e.g., Tenable , Darktrace ).
- Knowledge of cloud security , data protection , and automation in the OT context.
