Senior IT Administrator (m/f/x) | Bavaria | Medical Devices In this role, you will be mainly responsible for efficient administration and maintenance of the company IT infrastructure and clients. You hold responsibility for administration and optimization of O365 and Microsoft Windows hybrid server infrastructure, ensure smooth IT operations and data security and give advice and support in the selection, planning and implementation of new IT solutions. Your tasks as “Senior IT Administrator (m/f/x)”?

• Managing and optimizing our O365 and Microsoft Windows hybrid server infrastructure while ensuring smooth IT operations and data security.
• Administering and maintaining IT systems and client devices efficiently, with active involvement in migrating from on-premise infrastructure to a fully cloud-based solution.
• Providing guidance in selecting, planning, and implementing innovative IT solutions, as well as coordinating with external IT service providers to achieve seamless integration.
• Offering user support and training to resolve hardware and software issues effectively.

Your requirements as “Senior IT Administrator (m/f/x)”?

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
• Strong process orientation and creative problem-solving skills
• Passion for new technologies and a high willingness to learn
• Experience in user support both in remote and on-site support
• Very good written and spoken English skills, German good B1/B2 level
• Ability to work in a team as well as a reliable, independent, precise and customer-oriented way of working
