As the first Managing Director for the business and reporting to the owner, you will lead the impressive leadership team to deliver the recently scripted 3-5 year business plan. Beyond your proven abilities as an inspirational business leader, you will have a commercial background and proven track record in P&L leadership, and ideally experience of dealing with Private Equity firms.
