The Role: They are seeking an experienced Senior National Account Manager to drive growth and manage key accounts in the retail sector. This role involves working closely with leading customers, developing strategies, and delivering exceptional results to help us maintain our momentum and exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement customer and channel strategies.
- Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Own and achieve revenue, gross margin, and distribution targets.
- Negotiate and execute effective Joint Business Plans and lead range review discussions.
- Conduct business planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting.
- Act as an expert on customer needs and market insights, providing valuable feedback to inform business strategies.
- Build and maintain strong networks, learning from peers in the industry to enhance customer relationships.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Grocery Account Management (experience with top 4 retailers preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving commercial results and applying analytical insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate, influence, and maintain relationships effectively.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm and drive to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
