JOB TITLE: European Sales Manager - Bike SUMMARY: We are looking for a passionate rider, ready to help take G-Form to the next level within the International Sales Department. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Reports to Vice President of International Sales · Manages European distributors to ensure achievement of annual objectives. · Business Development - Is responsible for reviewing current and developing new roots to market (Europe)· Is responsible for product training of distributors’ sales forces. · Coordinates go-to-market plans and new product launches with European distributors In line with G-Form's global strategy · Develops and manages sales and marketing programs to ensure achievement of annual objectives and build European brand recognition. · Prepares, monitors and strives to achieve sales budget/forecast. · Preparation of sales & marketing proposals and tools; participates in sales presentations. · Conducts market researches and provides timely and accurate sales reports and analysis to product, sales & marketing departments as required. · Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of Bicycle industry product and sales information. · Identifies problem areas and directs corrective actions. · Attends and participates in European B2B and B2C events. · Assists with managing day-to-day workflow of European marketing activities, such as Bike Park partnerships, advertising, PR (directly and via distribution)· Performs other sales duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, minimum two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. · A passion for mountain biking and sport and basic knowledge of the bicycle. · Adaptable to prioritize work hours and unexpected changes in schedule. · Ability to prioritize and meet all deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. · Proficient in all Microsoft Office. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail. · Strong interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees. LOCATION:
- Should reside in the greater London area within 1.5 hours of London airports.
- Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items more than 50 pounds
- Occasionally weekends and overtime hours based on the season
- Continually required to stand, sit, talk and hear, utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard
