Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) Location: WR9 Hours: 42 hours per week, 4 on 4 off rotation (covering days and nights) Salary: £45000 - £53000 DOE I'm looking for a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Engineer (Elec Bias) to join a dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in servicing and repairing machinery while identifying and implementing methods to improve reliability and efficiency. You would bring a high calibre of engineering skills covering mechanical and electrical maintenance across the site. You would need to be electrically bias, so experience working on single/3 phase motors, control panel, rewiring, fault finding, and basic PLC knowledge. Key Responsibilities:

  • Training & Development
  • CMMS Utilization
Education & Certification
  • Recognized Engineering Apprenticeship.
  • Educated to NVQ/ONC/HNC level or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
  • 17th / 18th edition desirable
Experience: Proven experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment, as well as clear examples working electrically on site. Key Skills:

  • Effective planning and organizational abilities.
  • Logical decision-making for problem resolution.
  • Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet operational and personal targets.
