Social Media and Paid Ads Specialist
Job details
We’re hiring. We'll try to avoid using too many buzzwords. We’re a design agency—small enough to work in the same room but big enough to work with great clients. We handle everything from tech to furniture and need someone to take charge of our social media and paid advertising work. About the Agency We're straight-talking, creative, busy, business-focused and down-to-earth. No corporate nonsense here - just excellent work for clients who value what we do and say. This is our first dedicated social media role, so you'll get to shape it from the ground up. Your day-to-day
- Creating social media strategies that work (not just posting for the sake of it)
- Paid campaigns that deliver real results
- Working with our designers to create content that stands out
- Number-crunching to see what's working and what isn't
- Clear, honest reporting to clients
- Community management (the genuine kind, not just emoji responses)
- Problem-solving when things don't go to plan
- You've got at least 2 years of hands-on experience with paid ads and social media
- A proven track record
- You understand sales funnels and how to track conversions
- You're comfortable with email marketing tools and chatbots
- You've got a good grip on SEO
- Your written and spoken English is spot-on
- Someone who can get on with work without being micromanaged
- Can think both creatively and analytically
- Works well with others but can handle working independently
- Results driven
- Keeps up with industry changes (because they want to, not because they have to)
- Not afraid to ask for help
- A chance to build something from scratch
- A supportive team that wants you to succeed
- Work that changes regularly so you won't get bored
- Real responsibility from day one
- No ping pong tables or "work hard, play hard" culture here - just honest work with good people who know what they're doing.
